What products do you offer?
Our signature lines are Brunswick Sheets, Brunswick Duvet Covers, and Andreanne Fleece Robes. We also provide private label and custom orders. We are continually in new product development so stay tuned for exciting launches coming up!
How can I order?
Simply browse through our products and select your preferences (color, size, etc.), then click submit! Once you have found everything that you are looking for simply click ''Checkout''. If you are not already registered as a customer, you will be asked to provide some basic contact information. Choose your method of payment and your order will be shipped directly to your door! All prices are net and do not include taxes and shipping charges. All orders are subject to acceptance by our sales department. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.
How do I pay?
When ordering online, you will need a credit card number. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay by sending us a money order but product will only be shipped upon receipt of money order.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground Courier. Most items are shipped within 2-10 business days. Special orders and out of stock items take longer. We are not able to ship to a PO Box, a delivery address is needed. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5 correction fee.
Freight:
All freight and shipping charges are prepaid from our Bouctouche, New Brunswick warehouse.
Special order items:
All products which are indicated as 'SPECIAL ORDER' are 'NON-RETURNABLE'. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items. Some special orders may take 2-4 weeks before shipping. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding special orders at toll free 1-877-743-8919.
Pickups:
Customer pickups are also available and items may be picked up the same day they are ordered from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Please allow 2 hours for processing orders.
Cancelled Orders:
Cancellations or refused orders are subject to freight charges. Any order refused on delivery by the customer will automatically suspend any future delivery. Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order only. Contact us by phone at toll free 1-877-743-8919 or by fax at 1-866-743-6015. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be cancelled due to order processing then the customer will be responsible for return of items per Andreanne International return policy.
Returns and Warranty:
We guarantee all of our products, which prove to be defective in workmanship. All claims for defect or shortage must be made within five days of receipt of goods. Any product washed or used will not be covered by our guarantee. All returns require prior authorization number. This number shall clearly appear on every parcel sent back. A copy of the invoice referring to the returned product shall also be included in the parcel. Andreanne International will refuse any parcel returned unauthorized and it will be sent back collect. Freight charges on all returns must be prepaid. Andreanne International reserves the right to refuse any return.
Product Colors:
Patterns on pillowcases and trim change frequently. There is no guarantee the pattern viewed is what will be shipped. Although we make every effort to provide accurate colors for our products listed, as a result of individual computers, we cannot guarantee the colors viewed will be exact.
General product care:
We recommend that you always refer to our Warranty/Washing Instructions card before you select a water temperature or cycle. For best results wash your sheets in Cold Water on a Regular Cycle before setting them on your bed. Dry at normal temperature.
Please Note: Use of liquid fabric softeners can accentuate shedding of the fabric. We recommend you do not use liquid fabric softener when washing your sheets.
Satisfaction:
When you receive your order confirm it is exactly what you ordered and it fits properly before using and washing the product. If the product is incorrect please call our customer service at toll free 1-877-743-8919 for help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of goods, you can return the products to us (please refer to our Return and Warranty policy). All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original resellable condition and not have been used, washed or damage in any way. Some products may not be returnable; products listed as 'SPECIAL ORDERS', and or 'DISCOUNTED' are non-returnable.
